Britisch television watchers want to have the 1966 original Star Trek series back on television. And we always thought of the UK as a modern country.

Europe’s biggest space project has started.

A demonstration satellite for the Galileo project has succesfully been launched today. The project has been started to get a alternative GPS network into the sky.

The official US GPS-network is older and less accurate, but most of all Europe and some other countries don’t want to depend on the US military for their navigation signals. The Amies could turn it of, if they want to.

The system should be operational in 2010.

We wrote about the iCat before as a new playmate.

Now a researcher in The Netherlands did a test with iCat in an assisted living centre for elderly people.
The test was less focussed on the technical site of the iCat, but more on the acceptance of the electronic cat. Did they want the cat in their close environment and did they manage to communicate with it.

Some results aren’t very surprising. Men liked iCat more than woman, except for women with experience with computer.
The most suprising outcome to my opinion was that a few liked iCat, but didn’t want one because they didn’t want to be looked at as pitiful.

If you like the cat, don’t bother what other people will think about you. They are just envious.

Dancing shows possible partners about sexual quality of the dancer.

Men must take much trouble to have high quality, but seem to be better dancers overall. In fact, they have to!
Women just need to receive compliments…

I have no idea why the famous Steven Spielburg wants to make a movie about the 1972 Munich massacre where 11 athletes were killed by Arab/Palestinian terrorist.

It seems that he puts the terrorist and the Mossad agents on the same line. The critics and supporters are not on the same line.

I think I won’t be either… [but first have to see it, to be honest]
