Black Breast (BB)

Thursday, February 23rd, 2006

Janet showed a little part of what she has got from nature (and with help?). Americans are afraid to see naked breasts? That why the adult movie industry is doing that good, right?! Now the cable network CBS has to pay…for what they should have payed her for.

Elbowing (E)

Thursday, February 23rd, 2006

An interesting new greet is being introduced in the world. Well, in fact not really new, but new for our times, as far as I know. Because of the Bird Flu people are affraid to touch each other and spread the flu.

No High Five’s anymore?! Time for the High Elbow, I think!

Long Walk Home (LWH)

The 2006 Olympic Winter Games are taking place right now. And as there are quite some Dutch participators, for our little country, the television is broadcasting about it about all day and all night.

I don’t want to see all this, because I am not interested, but there’s no escape from it. The games itself, but for all lots and lots of talking about it….

But sometimes, just if you want to switch to another channel, there is something nice and something to think about.

About this Kenyan athlete, Philip Boit, that became number 92 of 97, in cross country skiing (read [in German]: langlauf).

The question about it, is whether the Games are for “übermenschen” only?! Or is it to compete for a personal goal? Or is he an übermensch, following the definition?.

I like the story of Philip Boit. So did Alex.

For people that love the Games, Wikipedia has great pages about it!!!

Bond Thing (BT)

It is so very important to some people who is playing “Bond, James Bond” in the new 007 movie that they are protesting and boycotting it. GO and save some whales, please!

Toilet Cubes (TC)

Tuesday, February 21st, 2006

Now I do remember why I didn’t want ice cubes in my drinks. Now I remember why I love my ice cubes flown in from the South Pole, if I really really need them.

After reading an article about the water in planes a 12-years old girl in the US had the idea to test the water of icecubes and of the toilets of several fast food restaurants for a science project at her school. 70 percent (!) of the ice cubes was dirtier that the toilet water.

I think I’ll drink out of the toilet next time, if I really need to drink something outside my own house.

Thank you, but no thank you. No ice, please!
