New Life

My best buddy Servaas and off course his wife Marie Reine had a baby the night before this one.
I know, because I was there.
I have never been a father, but this was a close call, I must say. I had the baby in my arms within two hours after birth. I would never have thought how great it would feel to have this new life so close to me. When I think of it, it is difficult to keep my eyes dry. Honest!

It was a very, very special night, that night. We think of you as someone special, as you held our son only about an hour after he was born. Marc Pierre may be da man, but you are Da Friend. Forevah !
